1. Domestic Delivery
We post out all orders made before 11 am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday on the same day via Poslaju or J&T Express.
Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied.Any claim will have to be made with our third-party postal service providers and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims (if any).
2. International Delivery
We use SF Express, EMS Pos Malaysia, Teleport or Janio.
Your order may be subject to any customs, import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges. Please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com for more info.
3. Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
